01 · About These Terms
Aarex is an independently operated business based in Florida, United States. The words aarex, we, and us refer to the operator of aarex. By using aarex.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02 · Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
03 · Products
Our cuffs are woven by hand, so small variations in color, texture and stitching are normal and are not defects. Colors may also look different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may change prices, descriptions or availability at any time.
04 · Orders and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
05 · Shipping
Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for entering a correct address, and if a package is returned or lost because the address was wrong, you may be responsible for the cost of resending it. Email aarexmp4@gmail.com as soon as you spot a mistake, though we cannot promise changes once an order is processed.
06 · Returns
Unworn products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Email aarexmp4@gmail.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds go to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the return.
07 · Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos and we will replace it, refund it, or find another fair solution. Normal wear, misuse and alterations are not defects.
08 · Wearing Our Products
Stop wearing a product if it causes irritation or a reaction. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
09 · Intellectual Property
The aarex name, logo, waveform artwork, photography and site design belong to us. Buying a product does not give you rights to any of it. Do not copy, reproduce or sell our content without written permission.
10 · Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law, and some of these exclusions may not apply where you live. You agree to cover us for claims arising from your own misuse of the site.
11 · General
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may link to third-party services we do not control. We may update these terms, and the current version will always be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
